- Project oversight: Lead and direct all phases of the project life cycle, ensuring objectives are met.
- Team management: Coordinate team efforts, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide support.
- Planning and execution: Develop project plans, manage schedules, and ensure that resources (including staff, materials, and equipment) are used effectively.
- Budget and resource management: Monitor project spending and manage the budget to ensure profitability and adherence to financial constraints.
- Risk and quality control: Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure that the project's deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact, communicate project status to management, and liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Compliance and safety: Ensure the project adheres to all relevant company policies, legal procedures, and safety regulations, including maintaining a safe work environment.
