Designation : Team Leader Sales

(preferred candidates from Automobile Sector)

Location : Padil, Mangalore, Karnataka

Salary : up to 4 LPA + other statutory facility and Incentive

Preferred Language: Kannada, English Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement

- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
- Allocate enquiries to team members and monitor follow‑ups and conversions.
- Actively participate in closing high‑value or critical deals.
- Support sales campaigns, events, and promotions.

Team Supervision & Coaching

- Guide and motivate Sales Executives to improve productivity.
- Conduct daily sales briefs, enquiry reviews, and performance tracking.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales pitch, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
