- Oversee daily facility operations of the residential property.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and other support staff.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor service quality.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance work with internal teams and external service providers.
- Monitor inventory of facility supplies, equipment, and assets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Maintain records related to maintenance schedules, vendor services, and facility operations.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues to ensure smooth functioning of the property.
- Coordinate with the residential property association regarding maintenance activities, operational requirements, and facility-related matters.
- Prepare periodic reports on facility operations when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in facility management, property administration, or operations.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with residential property association members, vendors, and service staff.
