Job Title: CA Trainee (Direct & International Tax)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in direct tax compliance activities including preparation and filing of income tax returns, TDS returns, and maintenance of tax computation workings.
- Support the team in tax advisory assignments related to individuals, HNIs, and corporates by assisting in research, documentation, and analysis
- Help in handling cross-border transaction matters by compiling data, preparing transaction summaries, and assisting with basic withholding tax and DTAA analysis under guidance.
- Assist in tax structuring exercises by gathering financial information, preparing comparative workings, and documenting proposed structures.
- Provide support in tax due diligence assignments by preparing data rooms, reviewing documents, and assisting in identifying potential tax exposures.

Skills Required:

- Good working knowledge of Excel




- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Good written and verbal communication
