Internship Details

Position: Inside Sales & Admissions Intern

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Noida

Eligibility: Fresh Graduates / Final Year Students / 0–2 Years Experience

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

What You'll Do

- Speak with parents who enquire about our therapy services.
- Understand their concerns and guide them through the admission journey.
- Explain our services in a qualified, empathetic and confident manner.
- Schedule assessments and consultations.
- Follow up with parents via phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Build trust and answer parent queries.
- Coordinate with therapists and the operations team to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain enquiry and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Reconnect with previous enquiries and inactive leads.
- Work towards monthly admission and conversion targets.

Who Should Apply?

We're looking for someone who is:

- Fluent in both English and Hindi.
- Confident, well-spoken and presentable.
- Comfortable speaking with people over phone.
- A quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about communication, sales and relationship building.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Comfortable using MS Excel, Google Sheets and basic computer applications.

Preferred (Not Mandatory):





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Background in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Education, Healthcare or Social Work.

Stipend & Performance Incentives

Monthly Stipend: ₹12,000–15,000 (based on interview performance)

In addition to the stipend, you'll earn performance-based incentives on successful admissions.

High-performing interns can earn ₹25,000–35,000+ per month through incentives. There is no upper limit on your earning potential—your income grows with your performance.

Additional rewards and recognition will be provided for exceptional performers.
