- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development lifecycle from requirement analysis through deployment to ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster skilled growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align application development with business strategies and technical standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in designing scalable data pipelines and integrating data analytics within application frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based data processing and distributed computing concepts.
- Ability to optimize application performance through efficient data handling and processing techniques.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline application deployment and maintenance.

Additional Information:
