We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate activities during the opening and setup of new retail branches. The candidate should have a strong understanding of retail operations, site management, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and quality completion of branch setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits for new branch openings and renovations.
- Supervise on-site work including layout setup, fixtures, signage, and electrical fittings.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress, quality, and timelines of site activities.
- Ensure adherence to company standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.
- Report daily site updates, challenges, and progress to management.
- Assist in arranging utilities, furniture, and office equipment prior to the branch handover.
- Support facility and maintenance requirements post branch setup if needed.
- Willingness to travel across branches as per requirement.
