- Identify the GAP between our Online App with competitor’s App. Get developed from vendor & implement.
- Design various brokerage slab looking to market competition.
- Designing a strategy for online client acquisition to meet the company’s annual target
- Designing of various contest / promotional offer throughout the year for end customer.
- Designing performance appraisal system & monitoring productivity
- Manage attrition & recruitment,



ensure targets are achieved by team members
- Designing training program for various ONLINE products
- Design & conducting Customer Awareness / Training program for online App
- Design mkt. campaign to extensively promote ONLINE BUSINESS through digital media.
- Should possess strong skills in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development, with a proactive attitude toward setting up and leading teams, and should be technically sound.
