Requirement in below locations - Varthur

· Oversee Distribution Centre operations.

· Responsible for entire Operations from Opening to Closing of Distribution Centre

· Responsible for retention, training and new hiring of Delivery Boys

· Monitor team performances and provide feedback for regular improvements.

· Follow and enforce company policies and procedures

· Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.

· Developing and implementing Distribution safety and security

· Flexible & open for new Challenges

Key Parameters

Flexible

Should be based out of Bangalore(must be aware of all the areas of Bangalore)

Ready to work from 3am to 11:30am





Ready to work with Two week offs in a month (remaining 2 week off will be en cashed by the end of the financial year)

Open to work for any given space-No Office Space, AC Cabin & Workstations.

Should be able to communicate in Kannada Language (proficient would be preferred)
