Job Title: Project Engineer – ResidentialIndustry: Real Estate / Residential ConstructionJob Summary:

Responsible for supervising residential construction projects, coordinating site activities, ensuring quality execution, monitoring project progress, and supporting timely project completion within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day residential construction activities
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project specifications
- Monitor project schedules, quality standards, and construction progress
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Verify measurements, maintain site records, and prepare progress reports
- Coordinate material planning and monitor resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements
- Assist in project planning, billing, estimation, and project documentation




- Support timely completion and handover of projects

Skills Required:

- Robust knowledge of residential construction and project execution
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of quality control and safety standards

Qualification & Experience:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2–6 years of experience in residential construction projects

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in apartments, villas, high-rise buildings, gated communities, or township projects
- Knowledge of billing, estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and project planning

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
