Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will apply your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing quality processes and methodologies to enhance the overall application lifecycle.



Your role will also include defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and assess the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
