Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement & Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of materials, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely availability of goods required for business operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining purchase records while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

 Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors.

 Obtain quotations and negotiate prices.

 Prepare and process purchase orders.





 Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

 Coordinate with internal departments and vendors.

 Maintain purchase records and documentation.

 Monitor inventory levels and support cost optimization.

Key Skills

 Vendor management and negotiation skills.
