About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and skilled English & Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver training programs that improve spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and workplace soft skills for students/professionals. The ideal candidate is passionate about communication training, has solid classroom presence, and can motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and deliver English language and soft skills training sessions (spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, business communication).
- Conduct soft skills modules covering interview preparation, resume building, group discussions, presentation skills, email etiquette, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Assess learners' current proficiency levels and customize training plans accordingly.
- Use interactive teaching methods — role plays, group activities, mock interviews, and real-life scenarios.
- Track learner progress through assessments, feedback forms, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with the academic/HR team to align training content with placement or curriculum goals.




- Stay updated with modern teaching tools, LMS platforms, and training methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Communications, Education, or related field.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in corporate training, academic training, or communication skills coaching preferred.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with soft skills frameworks (e.g., emotional intelligence, teamwork, leadership basics).
- Certification in TEFL/TESOL/Soft Skills Training (preferred, not mandatory).
- Comfortable using PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and basic LMS tools.

Preferred Attributes

- Confident, articulate, and patient with learners at different skill levels.
- Ability to handle both individual coaching and group/batch training.
- Prior experience training students for campus placements or corporate employees is a plus.

Compensation: As per industry standards / based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
