Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Purchase Executive to manage the procurement of raw materials required for manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in vendor coordination, purchase planning, and ensuring timely availability of materials while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of raw materials for production.
- Identify and develop reliable suppliers and maintain vendor relationships.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
- Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Planning departments for material requirements.




- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages and excess stock.
- Ensure purchased materials meet quality and specification requirements.
- Maintain purchase records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Support cost-saving initiatives through effective sourcing and negotiation.
- Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, delivery, and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of raw material procurement in a manufacturing setting.
- Understanding of purchase processes and vendor management.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
