Sales Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales growth of our premium boutique resort and restaurant in Kumbalangi.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert sales leads into confirmed bookings.
- Develop corporate business for:
- Day Outing Packages
- Team Building Events
- Corporate Meetings
- Conferences
- Whole Property Buyouts
- Employee Retreats
- Identify and approach new corporate clients through calls, emails, networking, and direct visits.
- Build long-term relationships with companies, travel partners, and event organizers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly follow up on enquiries.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of bookings.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing,



and successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports.

Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality, resort, hotel, travel, event, or corporate sales is preferred.
- Proven Monthly Target Meet experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
- Willing to travel for corporate meetings and business development.
