Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect (Java) to lead enterprise-scale application modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in an architecture role, with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and legacy mainframe modernization.

This role involves designing scalable, cloud-native architectures, defining enterprise API standards, leading migration strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the modernization of legacy mainframe (CICS, IMS, 3270) applications into cloud-native microservices.
- Design scalable, domain-driven architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Define service boundaries, API contracts, and integration strategies.
- Design and develop contemporary web applications using React or Angular.
- Architect event-driven solutions using Pub/Sub, Datastream, Dataflow, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and gRPC-based services.
- Lead cloud migration initiatives on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Define CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and deployment strategies.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application deployment.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams and mentor development teams.




- Participate in architecture governance, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution/Technical Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Experience with React.js or Angular.
- Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Mainframe Modernization (CICS, IMS, 3270).
- Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience designing REST APIs and gRPC services.
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Enterprise-scale cloud migration experience.
- Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with architecture governance and enterprise modernization programs.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
