Key Responsibilities
- Handle purchase operations and vendor coordination.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records.
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Compare quotations and negotiate with vendors.
- Coordinate with Stores and Production teams.
- Maintain ERP entries and prepare purchase reports.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the Manufacturing / Engineering industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of purchase processes and vendor management.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
