Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Paid Social Media, Organic Social Media, campaign optimization and lead generation. This role is focused on planning, executing and optimizing paid campaigns while strengthening the company's organic social presence.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Plan, execute and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

· Manage Paid Social Media campaigns with focus on lead generation, CPL, ROAS and ROI.

· Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube and Remarketing campaigns.

· Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting and conversion tracking.

· Implement Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion events.

· Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

· Plan and manage Organic Social Media content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

· Increase brand awareness, engagement and qualified leads through organic initiatives.

· Coordinate with designers/content team for creatives and landing pages.





· Stay updated with Google and Meta advertising policies and digital trends.

Required Skills

· 2–5 years of Digital Marketing experience.

· Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

· Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and Paid Social Media.

· Experience with Organic Social Media management.

· Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.

· Strong analytical and reporting skills.

· IT Services or Digital Agency experience preferred.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off) Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
