Job Summary:
The store manager is responsible for leading the daily operations of the watch showroom, delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience, and achieving sales and profitability targets. The role involves managing the sales team, maintaining premium visual merchandising standards, overseeing inventory, and ensuring operational excellence while upholding the brand's image and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all day-to-day showroom operations to ensure smooth and productive functioning.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Drive sales by promoting premium watch collections and building long-term customer relationships.
- Monitor store performance, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies to improve sales and productivity.




- Ensure luxury visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines are consistently maintained.
- Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, and secure handling of high-value merchandise.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a superior after-sales service experience.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate showroom staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and operational standards.
- Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports for management review.

Qualification: Any degree

Experience: Min 5 years in the same role preferably in watches or premium retail

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
