We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Advocate with robust expertise in land and property-related legal matters, along with practical experience in handling cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of land laws, title verification, regulatory compliances, property litigation, and cheque dishonour matters, and should be capable of independently managing complex legal issues while safeguarding the organization's legal and commercial interests.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete legal lifecycle of land and property matters—from title verification and documentation to litigation, regulatory clearances, and legal advisory services—while also effectively managing matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, including cheque dishonour litigation, statutory compliance, dispute resolution, and recovery proceedings, thereby safeguarding the organization's legal and commercial interests.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
