We are looking for an experienced Business Setup Advisor to assist clients with company formation and business incorporation in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for advising clients, preparing proposals, converting enquiries and coordinating the complete company setup process.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation.
- Understand the client’s business activity, ownership, visa and banking requirements.
- Recommend the appropriate licence, jurisdiction and company structure.
- Explain setup costs, renewal fees, timelines and compliance requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed clients.
- Collect and review documents required for company registration.
- Coordinate with Free Zones, government authorities and internal teams.
- Assist clients with visas, establishment cards, bank account preparation, VAT and corporate tax registration.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE business setup experience.
- Good knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation.
- Robust sales, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage leads and client applications.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or other languages is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Target-oriented and commercially driven.
Compensation
