We are looking for a student-focused Admissions Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process, provide accurate course information, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding IELTS and IIT-JAM programs through calls and virtual interactions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address queries and drive enrollments.
- Support students throughout the admission process and ensure timely completion of formalities.
- Maintain accurate student records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth resolution of student queries.
✅ Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry.
- Calling experience is mandatory.
- Experience in counselling for IELTS and/or IIT-JAM programs preferred.
- Study Abroad counselling experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong counselling and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi.
- Familiarity with online education platforms and CRM tools.
