Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.

Understand customers' property requirements and recommend suitable options.

Conduct site visits and property presentations.

Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.

Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
