Your Day-to-Day

- Actively hunt for new business opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients across various industries
- Pitch tailored digital marketing solutions — SEO, social media, paid advertising, web services - based on each client's specific needs and goals
- Build long-term relationships with prospects through regular calls, in-person meetings, and thoughtful follow-ups
- Liaise closely with internal delivery and marketing teams to ensure every proposal is accurate, realistic, and compelling
- Close deals directly when possible, or qualify and hand off promising leads to senior BD staff for further nurturing
- Maintain a strong, consistently updated sales pipeline using our CRM system
- Represent Creativepoint at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to build the brand's presence
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends to speak knowledgeably and confidently with prospective clients

Ideal Candidate

- Graduate or diploma holder from any academic stream
- Excellent communicator — confident, personable,



and able to build rapport quickly
- Fluent Tamil speaker with working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- A sales-driven mindset with genuine curiosity about business and client relationships
- Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply — we value attitude and willingness to learn over prior experience
- Comfortable using Excel, email, and CRM systems for day-to-day reporting and tracking
- Open to traveling locally for client meetings and events as needed
