Med Q is looking for a skilled Lab Technician to join our dynamic team. This is a shift-based role, ideal for candidates with 6 months to 6 years of experience in clinical or diagnostic laboratories. The Lab Technician will perform sample collection, testing, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and quality in all laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, prepare, and analyze patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) according to standard procedures.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Accurately record and report test results in lab records and systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and assist in routine lab maintenance.
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of lab supplies.




- Support senior staff in diagnostic and research activities.
- Follow SOPs and comply with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or equivalent.
- Experience: 6 months to 6 years in a clinical or diagnostic lab.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
