Job Summary

The Utility Supervisor is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all utility systems to ensure uninterrupted support for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The role ensures compliance with GMP, regulatory guidelines, safety standards, and preventive maintenance schedules while leading the utility team.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the operation and maintenance of all utility systems, including:
- HVAC System
- Purified Water (PW) System
- Water for Injection (WFI) System (if applicable)
- Clean Steam Generator
- Chillers
- Air Compressors
- Boilers
- Cooling Towers
- DG Sets
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- Electrical and Utility Distribution Systems
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of utilities for production and warehouse operations.
- Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor utility parameters and ensure they remain within specified limits.
- Review and maintain utility logbooks, maintenance records, and calibration records.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and coordinate shutdown activities.
- Troubleshoot utility equipment and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production,



Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Validation departments.
- Ensure all utility equipment complies with GMP, WHO-GMP, USFDA, EU-GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of critical spares.
- Supervise contractors and service engineers during maintenance and project activities.
- Conduct training for utility operators and technicians.
- Participate in qualification, validation, and commissioning of new utility equipment.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and energy conservation policies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
