Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage MEP contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review MEP BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Handle variation orders, claims, and extension of time (EOT) requests.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Verify MEP billing, payment certifications, and commercial documentation.
- Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support procurement and commercial negotiations for MEP works.
- Maintain complete contract records and documentation.
- Resolve contractual issues and ensure timely contract closure
URGENT REQUIREMENT
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Contracts: 10 years (Preferred)
- MEP Contracts: 5 years (Preferred)
- MEP: 10 years (Preferred)
- Contract management: 5 years (Preferred)
- Contract negotiation: 5 years (Preferred)
