Revenue & Target Achievement

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions
- Maximize revenue and profitability

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Handle key accounts and resolve customer issues
- Ensure high customer satisfaction

Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Provide insights to senior management

Coordination & Collaboration





- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams
- Ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Support product promotions and campaigns

Budget Management

- Manage sales budgets and control expenses

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business through builders, architects, consultants, contractors, industries, and corporate clients.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, online, and reference enquiries.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales.
- Promote VRF, Commercial, and Residential AC solutions.
