Food & Beverage Manager – Boutique Hotels | Udaipur, Rajasthan

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to join

our team at two charming boutique hotels located in the heart of Udaipur.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily restaurant and F&B; operations.

- Lead, train and motivate the service team.

- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.

- Maintain high service, hygiene and presentation standards.

- Control costs, inventories and purchasing.

- Work with the Executive Chef on menus and guest experience.

- Monitor KPIs, sales and guest feedback.

- Ensure health and safety compliance.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality hotel.

- Robust leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of cost control and service standards.

- Fluent English; PMS/POS experience is a plus.
