Role

You will produce lead-generation-focused, on-brand creative for ArBrit across social media, paid ads, web and marketing collateral. Every asset should support lead generation. You design with the marketing goal in mind, keep the brand consistent, and turn briefs around quickly for a small, fast-moving team. You work closely with the social media manager, who briefs and directs the creative toward the company's goals and marketing vision.

Responsibilities

- Design lead-generation-focused social posts, ad creatives, carousels, reel covers and story graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Create marketing collateral — course brochures, one-pagers, certificates, banners, posters, flyers,



email graphics and presentation decks.
- Design and update web and landing-page visuals with the marketing team.
- Maintain and evolve ArBrit's brand identity — colour, typography, templates and visual consistency.
- Produce basic motion graphics and light video edits where needed.
- Manage multiple requests across the team and turn briefs around quickly.
- Keep an organised, versioned asset library.

An Ideal Candidate

- 3–6 years as a graphic designer in a marketing, agency or in-house setting.
- A robust portfolio spanning social, digital ad and print / collateral work.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and / or Figma; Canva for speed.
- A good eye for layout, hierarchy and brand consistency.
- A personal laptop capable of running design software.
- Reliable, fast and collaborative working remotely.

Good to have

- Small video-editing capability.
- Motion-graphics capability.
- Poster and flyer design / editing capability.
- Experience designing for education, training or professional services.
