We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support the recruitment and HR operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Assist with HR operations and administrative tasks
- Prepare HR reports and MIS
- Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills




- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative

Qualification:

- Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA (HR), BMS, or equivalent
- Freshers are encouraged to apply

- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
