Role Summary
The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling incoming leads, maintaining regular client engagement, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products. This role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and a proactive approach toward client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to incoming leads in a timely and qualified manner
- Follow up with new and existing clients regularly
- Maintain consistent communication and long-term relationships with clients
- Reconnect and activate old/inactive clients
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling suitable financial products
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Provide timely updates, information, and support to clients

Eligibility & Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant industry experience
- Prior experience in financial services / wealth management preferred
- Graduate in any discipline (Finance background is an advantage)
