Growth Synergizer

(Location: Remote with occasional physical meetings in Surat)

Your Mission

Your primary responsibility is simple:

Help ideas become execution.

You will work directly with the Founder in ensuring that The Synergizer's activities move smoothly from planning to implementation.

You will become the operational backbone behind our growth initiatives.

What You Will Be DoingAlpha Growth Activities

- Coordinate lead generation activities
- Ensure every Alpha activity is executed on time
- Maintain participant databases
- Follow execution checklists
- Coordinate communication with prospects
- Maintain CRM and tracking sheets

Beta Activities

- Prepare forms
- Create documents
- Organize reports
- Manage participant communication
- Track progress
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables





Delta Activities

- Assist in workshop preparation
- Coordinate registrations
- Prepare workshop materials
- Handle logistics
- Support participants
- Assist during physical workshops
- Coordinate post-workshop follow-up

Sigma & Omega Coordination

- Schedule meetings
- Coordinate calendars
- Prepare meeting notes
- Track action items
- Ensure follow-up completion
- Organize client documentation

Operations & Execution

- Documentation
- SOP creation
- Google Workspace management
- AI-assisted workflows
- Research
- Data organization
- Process improvement
- Founder coordination

What Success Looks Like

Your performance will be evaluated primarily on:

- Quality of execution
- Timely completion of assigned work
- Ownership and accountability
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Reliability and consistency
- Ability to independently solve problems
- Contribution towards Alpha activity execution
- Support provided during Delta programs

Who Should Apply

- Professional communication etiquette
- Strong organizational skills
- Ownership mindset
- Self-motivation
- Ability to learn quickly
- Comfort using Google Workspace
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Laptop with reliable internet connection
- Availability for online meetings during working hours
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5%) for workshops and events
