About the Role

Host2Unlimited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and administrative tasks. It is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Update recruitment trackers, attendance records, and HR reports.
- Assist in drafting offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
- Respond to candidate queries and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Perform general HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria





- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a quick-paced setting.
