My Learning Step is hiring Operational Executive Interns who are interested in working in the EdTech and competitive exam industry. We are looking for disciplined, organized, and hardworking interns who can support our daily operations, content management, research activities, and workflow coordination.

Internship Structure

First 3 Months: Unpaid Training & Learning Period

Next 3 Months: Performance-Based Stipend

Expected Stipend: ₹3000 – ₹4000 per month

Candidates who perform well during the internship may also receive future long-term opportunities with the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and organize educational content, PDFs, MCQs, and study materials

Maintain Google Sheets, trackers, and operational records

Coordinate with content, design, and technical teams

Track exam notifications and important updates

Assist in YouTube and social media operations

Perform basic quality checks for uploaded content

Support Telegram and community management activities

Conduct basic online research related to competitive exams and educational trends

Help maintain smooth workflow execution across different departments

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets





Good internet research skills

Basic communication skills

Strong organizational ability

Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of Canva, YouTube, or AI tools will be an advantage
