Job Summary
Diya Tour & Travels is looking for an experienced and motivated Tour Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in planning and selling domestic tour packages across India and be capable of handling end-to-end tour operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design domestic tour packages across India.
- Prepare tour itineraries and package costing.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local vendors.
- Maintain a robust network of hotel and vehicle vendors across different destinations in India.
- Handle customer enquiries and convert them into bookings.
- Ensure smooth execution of tours and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage tour-related documentation and operational support.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tour Operator.
- Strong knowledge of domestic travel destinations across India.
- Existing contacts with hotels and transport vendors across India are essential.
- Good communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Email, and other basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in itinerary planning and tour costing.
- Excellent customer handling and vendor management skills.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and a passion for travel.
Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and skills)
