Mavenbird Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable web applications, leading development teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

This role requires a hands-on developer who can take ownership of projects from requirement analysis to production deployment while mentoring team members and ensuring timely delivery. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications from concept to deployment.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure coding standards are followed.
- Develop and maintain applications using:
- PHP
- Laravel
- Magento (Adobe Commerce)
- Shopify
- WordPress
- React.js
- Node.js
- Next.js
- Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Create technical architecture, implementation plans, and development documentation.
- Estimate tasks, plan sprints, and ensure project deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, QA engineers, and clients throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in technical discussions and recommend appropriate technologies and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong expertise in PHP and Laravel.
- Experience with Magento (Adobe Commerce), Shopify, and WordPress development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), AJAX, and REST APIs.




- Experience with MySQL database design and query optimisation.
- Strong understanding of Git version control and GitHub workflows.
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
- Experience with deployment, server management, and Linux environments.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Docker, Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, or message queues.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or ChatGPT.
- Experience working on large-scale eCommerce or SaaS applications.

Leadership Expectations

- Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance.
- Review pull requests and maintain code quality.
- Write clear technical documentation and implementation guides.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and improvement opportunities.
- Foster a positive, cooperative, and accountable engineering culture.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
