Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution

· Supervise complete interior fit-out work at project sites.

· Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.

· Monitor daily work progress and maintain site productivity.

· Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.

Quality Control

· Maintain high-quality standards throughout project execution.

· Inspect workmanship and materials before installation.

· Ensure proper finishing and compliance with company standards.

Drawing & Measurement

· Read and understand 2D drawings and execute work accordingly.

· Verify site measurements before execution.

· Report drawing discrepancies to the Project Manager.

Team & Vendor Coordination

· Coordinate with Designers, Project Managers, Purchase, and Accounts teams.





· Supervise contractors, labour teams, and vendors.

· Arrange approved small material procurement whenever required.

Reporting & Documentation

· Submit daily site progress reports with photographs.

· Maintain labour attendance and material consumption records.

· Report project delays, issues, and site requirements to management.

Safety & Housekeeping

· Ensure safety guidelines are followed at the project site.

· Maintain cleanliness and organized work areas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
