We are looking for a Business Operations Manager who can bring structure, ownership and execution to our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations
- Manage end-to-end operational activities from order processing to installation and customer onboarding.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure SLA compliance across customer accounts.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service and Accounts teams for seamless execution.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and MIS reports.
- Develop and improve SOPs to increase efficiency.
- Monitor invoice generation, collections and operational follow-ups.
Team Management
- Lead and coordinate the operations team.
- Conduct daily and weekly review meetings.
- Track departmental KPIs and ensure timely execution.
- Drive accountability across functions.
Customer Success
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Resolve escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities for customer retention and account growth.
Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Introduce automation wherever possible.
- Improve turnaround times and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of Operations experience in B2B Services / IT Services / Office Automation / Managed Services.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience creating MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Customer-focused with strong ownership mindset.
