- Drive revenue and enrollment targets for the centre.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through effective conversations and follow-ups.
- Plan and execute lead generation events (in-centre activities, community outreach).

Operational Excellence

- Oversee daily functioning of the centre to ensure smooth operations and high efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to processes and KRAs while implementing new strategies when required. Academic Implementation & Parent Engagement
- Ensure academic programs are delivered with excellence. Team Leadership & Retention
- Build solid parent relationships - engage regularly, address concerns proactively.
- Lead, motivate, and retain a team of teachers and staff.
- Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Business Development & Brand Building





- Actively participate in marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to increase visibility.
- Maximize revenue opportunities through creative and strategic initiatives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
