We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head who can lead our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand presence, generate high-quality leads, and drive business growth.

Job Summary

The Marketing Head will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate business opportunities, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and strengthen the ACCE Global brand across multiple business verticals.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including:
- Google Ads
- SEO
- SEM
- Email Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Performance Marketing
- Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads through online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI using analytics and reporting tools.
- Plan product launch campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to improve lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment.
- Build strategic partnerships with agencies, vendors, and business partners.




- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team while ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
- Organize exhibitions, dealer meets, conferences, product launches, and promotional events.
- Track KPIs and present marketing performance reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Marketing.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in Technology, SaaS, FinTech, Consumer Electronics, or Retail industries is preferred.

Salary

₹9,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per year (Negotiable based on experience)
