About the Company

Ferromonk Steel Structures Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing organization in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry, delivering innovative steel structure solutions across India. We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and support end-to-end recruitment activities across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual screening interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and issue interview schedules, offer letters, and joining documents.
- Coordinate with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and walk-in interviews.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Support HR operations and onboarding activities whenever required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment metrics.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 0–6 months of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, or the PEB industry will be an added advantage.
