- Job Summary:
- We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely hiring for various positions across the organization.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements from the management and hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals.
- Coordinate offer roll-out and support the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the defined timelines.
- Submit daily and weekly recruitment reports to the management.
- Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently from home and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Experience in bulk hiring or logistics recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Preferred Candidate:
- Based in Guwahati.
- Has a stable internet connection and a personal laptop.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
