About the Role

International Institute of Fashion Technology (IIFT), Bhopal is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have strong content creation skills, be proficient in video editing, and have a good understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and manage daily social media posts and campaigns.
- Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality videos and reels.
- Design creative graphics, promotional posts, and marketing materials.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create content for events, workshops, admissions, and institute activities.
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement new content ideas.
- Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve,



Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple social media platforms effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio of social media content and video editing work are encouraged to apply.
