Job Summary

Munish Associates is looking for a proactive and analytical R&D; Executive to support research activities in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, studying competitors, identifying investment opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research on residential, commercial, and industrial real estate projects.
- Analyze property market trends, pricing, demand, and investment opportunities.
- Perform competitor analysis and prepare comparative market reports.
- Research new locations for land acquisition and project development.
- Collect and analyze data related to government policies, infrastructure developments, and real estate regulations.
- Prepare feasibility studies, project reports, and presentations for management.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing,



Business Development, and Project teams.
- Maintain databases of market intelligence, property information, and research reports.
- Identify emerging real estate trends and recommend business opportunities.
- Support management with strategic planning through accurate market insights.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Positive communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to interpret market data and prepare presentations.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in real estate market research or business analysis.
- Knowledge of property valuation, feasibility analysis, and market intelligence.
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
