We are seeking an experienced and committed candidate for this role of Assistant Accounts Manager for a manufacturing company located in Ambala(HR)

Key Responsibilities:

- Finalisation & Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss accounts and Balance Sheet schedules.
- Statutory Compliance (GST/TDS): Ensure 100% compliance with GST returns (GST R-1, 3B, 2A/2B reconciliation), TDS calculation, filing, and coordination with auditors.
- Bank & Account Reconciliation: Perform and review complex reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter company transactions.
- General Ledger & Accruals: Maintain the general ledger, handling complex journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset management.
- Team Supervision & Mentoring: Supervise junior accounting staff,



reviewing their work for accuracy and providing training on software and processes.
- Auditing & Tax Support: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors; prepare necessary schedules for statutory audits.
- Process Improvement: Review current accounting procedures, identifying and implementing improvements for increased efficiency and reduced errors.

Qualification: B.COM/M.COM

- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Tally Prime, SAP, QuickBooks, or MS Dynamics. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are required.
