NonaGen Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. is establishing a state-of-the-art sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing campus focused on Large Volume Parenterals (LVP), with a long-term vision of expanding into Small Volume Parenterals (SVP), advanced sterile injectables, prefilled syringes, cartridges and global Contract Development & Manufacturing (CDMO) services.

We are assembling the Founding Leadership Team that will design, commission and operate our manufacturing campus from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to build systems, culture and operational excellence from day one while contributing to the long-term growth of an export-oriented pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead greenfield project commissioning and commercialisation
- Build and lead cross-functional manufacturing teams
- Ensure cGMP compliance across all operations




- Oversee Production, Engineering, QA, QC, Warehouse and Supply Chain
- Drive operational excellence, productivity and continuous improvement
- Prepare the organisation for WHO-GMP and international regulatory approvals
- Support future expansion into advanced sterile injectable manufacturing

Requirements

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent
- 20+ years in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Leadership experience in LVP/SVP manufacturing
- Experience with greenfield projects preferred
- Exposure to WHO, USFDA, MHRA or EU-GMP environments preferred

Pay: ₹5,400,000.00 - ₹7,200,000.00 per year
