We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer with a degree in Chemical Engineering to manage and optimize our procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in sourcing, supplier management, and procurement processes, along with a technical understanding of chemicals and raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete procurement cycle, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Source chemicals, raw materials, packaging materials, and other required items while ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
- Review supplier quotations, negotiate terms, and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand material requirements and maintain smooth supply operations.
- Monitor supplier performance, market trends, pricing, and lead times.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, contracts, and documentation.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
- Support cost-saving initiatives through effective sourcing and negotiation strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemicals, raw materials, and technical specifications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.
