About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and persuasive ERP Sales Executive who can join immediately. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales ability with a solid understanding of software/technology. You will be responsible for selling ERP solutions online, engaging with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client queries related to ERP software
- Conduct online product demos and explain ERP solutions clearly
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales data
- Negotiate pricing and close deals confidently
- Handle objections, difficult conversations, and rude clients professionally
- Manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely closures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Strong sales and persuasion skills (non-negotiable)
- Basic to good knowledge of software/technology (ERP, SaaS, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
- Confidence in dealing with different types of clients
- Good organizational and data management skills
