Key Responsibilities

- Sales Target Achievement: Drive branch-level disbursement targets for LAP,, and mortgage products, ensuring consistent growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and monitor the sales team and direct sales agents (DSAs) to maximize productivity.
- Business Acquisition: Develop current business via Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, and market referrals, focusing on SMEs and self-employed professionals.
- Operations & Compliance: Manage end-to-end loan processes from login to disbursement, ensuring compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Portfolio Quality: Monitor loan utilization, repayment capacity, and manage delinquent accounts to maintain high portfolio quality.
- Customer Relationship Management: Manage high-net-worth individual (HNI) client relationships and ensure high service standards for improved customer satisfaction.
- Branch Administration: Oversee daily branch operations, including marketing, staff attendance, and adherence to standard operating procedures

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
